- 2 cups of cooked Rice,
- 1 Cabbage, Chopped
- 1 cup Green peas
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 5 nos of Garlic, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of Red chilly powder and Coriander power
- Oil
Preparation:
- Cook the chopped Cabbage in water by adding salt and turmeric. Cook the Peas too.
- In a pan, add oil, jeera, chili, garlic, ginger and let it splutter
- Add the onions. saute for 2 mts and add the tomatoes.
- When the tomatoes are done add the cooked veggies.
- Add remaining turmeric, Coriander, chili powder and salt
- Saute for 2 mts and add the cooked rice and mix well
- Garnish with fesh chopped Coriander leaves and serve.
